The legendary Lion’s Back ridge in Moab, UT has been officially closed to the public since 2004, but for the 50th annual Easter Jeep Safari and the Jeep brand’s 75th anniversary, three customized Jeep brand vehicles were granted exclusive permission to take on the imposing beast. The climb is steep, the danger is real, and the excitement is palpable. It takes brawn to climb the Lion’s Back ridge in Moab, UT. It’s got a 65-degree incline and rises 350 feet into the air, so hopefully the drivers of the three Jeep brand vehicles to take on this obstacle have no fear of heights! The three vehicles selected for this daring feat consisted of one specialized Jeep Wrangler, one specialized Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and one customized Jeep Grand Cherokee. It’s definitely a dangerous stunt, so don’t try anything like that at home, but you know what they say about the view from the top….
