Of the new Chrysler vehicles we have in our showroom, the 200 is always a topic of conversation. Either people are asking about the current models available, or the much-rumored refresh. Now, we at least have some news on the latter that we can share with you.

It is sounding like the redesigned, next-generation Chrysler 200 will be revealed in January 2014. So we've got that to look forward to.

Our expectations are pretty high, after all, if you didn't already hear, Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne said that a conceptualization of the vehicle shown exclusively to executives brought tears of joy to the eyes of some. That's high praise that we certainly can get behind. Many think the vehicle will have its big debut at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, which would be fitting, but not much else is known.

We can guess that there will be a bold new look on the 200, for starters. Second, it could use the CUSW platform that's been popular on the Dodge Dart with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Besides that? Your guess is as good as ours.

Of course, if there are any updates, teaser photos, or new specs announced, you'll hear about it on the Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings blog. In the meantime, stop in an visit us at 2229 King Avenue West Billings, MT 59102 where we'd be happy to answer any questions you might have about the Chrysler lineup, and arrange a test drive at your convenience.
